I’ve always been very curious to understand how everything we ingest, food and medicine are transformed during its journey into our bodies. I was always amazed on how a single tablet could eliminate pain in minutes.
This, among other experiences led me to attend the Faculty of Pharmacy at the Federal University of Minas Gerais.
Years later with the increase incidence of chronic metabolic diseases led me to review my knowledge and to learn Integrative Nutrition. Once again I found myself sitting in a classroom, this time at CEU San Pablo University in Madrid where I graduated as a Nutritionist.
